Kifayat Talibzade was born in a rural area of Azerbaijan, and she currently runs a social enterprise in her hometown with the mission of empowering women and developing the local economy through the sale of handcrafted goods. Her responsibilities include both the entrepreneurial management and the mission-focused direction of the activities.

Kifayat won the Gender Equality Prize 2022 awarded by the French and German Embassies in Azerbaijan. This year, Mrs. Talibzada is working with the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan to organize a Folklore Festival in her hometown. Recently, she has begun to highlight the value of cultural inheritance through her enterprise’s activities, such as offering experience tours in the women's community where they welcome tourists and showcase their cultural heritage.
