Jakub Suster focuses his career on strategic and political communication, and combating disinformation using artificial intelligence. He started his professional career at New School Communications in Bratislava, where he combined his interest in media, public affairs, and the benefits of technology for a safer future. At the agency, he helped launch Elfovia.sk, a nonprofit project that mobilized the Slovak public against disinformation and troll farms by moderating hateful content online. The project's success inspired Jakub and his colleagues to merge human effort with AI, leading to the creation of the startup elv.ai, where Jakub serves as co-founder and CEO. The company works with social media and online forums, provides content moderation for media and public institutions. At his role, Jakub develops and implements long-term vision and strategy, identifies and pursues new business opportunities, manages financial planning and fundraising. Overseeing the development of our AI products, he ensures they meet market needs, quality and ethical standards, as well as adhere to legal regulations.

Mr. Suster regularly speaks at AI and disinformation conferences, plays leadership roles at New School Communications and Czech Pirate Party, and is active in the European Democracy Youth Network and the European Parliament community together.eu.
