Nadine Schratzberger is the founder of a sustainable outdoor-apparel sportswear brand, MONTREET. Her focus is on merging functionality, innovative design, and circular economy practices in the fashion industry and zero-waste management.

In 2023, Nadine co-founded the Austrian chapter of the global NGO Fashion Revolution and is investing her time to educate customers and businesses about the importance of fashion sustainability and planning an awareness campaign including offering workshops, working with universities and schools thus reaching young people, and creating a platform as information hub.

Ms. Schratzberger is recognized with the "BESTES OUTDOOR PIECE 2021" award from Peta Germany and nominated for the "MIT Innovator Under 35" in 2022.
