Mr. Jakob Wayne Vikingur Robertson is a co-founder and CEO of Arctic Pies, producing new for Iceland concept of meat and vegan pies. The food culture in Iceland has been rather bland and unexciting up until recently. The influx of tourism and immigrants has created a surge in food appreciation. Jacob`s company was a winner of street food festivals and recently awarded a grant from the large retail companies, hypermarket chains Hagar.

During his free time, Jakob played a pivotal role in growing the Cricket Association of Iceland from a small group to a thriving community with five clubs and a national team. Additionally, he has volunteered with the local search and rescue team, undergoing nearly two years of training.
