Vladislav Pavlov quite young, ventured into the world of startups as a Founder in 2017. For several years he worked in Munich to work for a growing B2B startup and honed his skills in enterprise sales, forging connections in the vibrant VC and startup scene.

Accumulating his experience in Germany and cultivating an extensive network within the European VC landscape, Vladislav founded Furtherance Network in Serbia, driven by the vision to bridge South-East Europe's startups with Central European customers and investors. He is helping startups to enter new markets, to find investors and to develop business. The consultancy company is specializing in guiding startups & SMEs in securing clients, partners, and investors to propel their businesses forward.
