Mr. Treasure Oyelade is the Head of Operations at Motivez, an organization empowering undeserved young people aged 14 to 25 to access entry-level jobs in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and become changemakers. Treasure has leveraged his formal education in engineering to guide in strategizing and supporting early-stage and small organizations to grow and flourish. Mr.Oyelade has experience in strategy, program management, fundraising, and governance, investment banking, engineering, youth work, and is a charity trustee. His current responsibilities include securing grant funding (£500,000+ secured since Sept 2020), optimizing case management and reporting, and forming partnerships with corporate bodies, companies and grass-roots organizations to further impact and reach.

Treasure’s specific professional interests lie in strategy, operations, business development and mentorship programs, and is intrigued in seeing how organizations in the U.S. and Europe approach these areas.
