Kosima Kovar is the co-founder and CEO of the Austrian EdTech startup Ada Growth, which aims to put a digital mentor in every woman's pocket. The Ada App is borne of a realization that personal mentoring is often only offered to a select few employees, making it hard to have an organizational impact. Ada Growth helps companies attract, retain, and grow female talent to become an employer of choice. Kosima is excited to build strong ties in the United States during the YTILI program to works towards an eventual expansion and launch of the Ada App to North America.
