Elena Kostoska has a strong background in operational management and business with passion for innovation in education and entrepreneurship, as well as buildig resources for young professionals.

Elena is the founder of Master LinkedIn, an educational hub that has successfully trained over 500 students within its first three months. Elena also serves as a college lecturer at Skala School and partners with Masterclass.mk to educate individuals on LinkedIn and personal branding.

Elena has extensive experience as a digital project manager, having worked with Yoko Co and Superside, where she managed significant projects and client portfolios. Her skills span project management, digital marketing, and content creation. Additionally, she has mentored freelancers through the Impact Foundation, helping them transition and grow their careers.
