Martins Kokalis, a business and management consultant from Latvia, brings over a decade of experience in public economic institutions. Throughout his career, he's contributed to various organizations including the Ministry of Economy, European Institute of Innovation and Technology (Food), and the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, among others.

Currently, Martins is the founder of AUPE, a consultancy specializing in business growth, investment attraction, and strategic consulting for SMEs and public institutions, with a focus on technologies, food innovation, and enterprise support measures. Notably, Martin is contracted to help raise awareness of intellectual property protection among SME's of Latvia, as well as to help food startups to develop business strategies, to protect themselves and to exit on international market.
