Matej has worked as the marketing specialist since 2021. He is also currently advising NGOs in the Czech Republic on their fundraising strategies.

As the founder and leader of Speechless Reconciliation, a social enterprise fostering diaglogue and understanding and finding common ground through youth workshops, he leads a diverse team and is responsible for building up the partners network, fundraising, as well as overall concept development. Matej shapes the organization’s vision and direct strategy, ensuring alignment with their mission. He manages program design and execution, tailoring workshops and sessions to meet participant needs, and he builds partnerships and secures resources through networking and advocacy. He also handles financial sustainability, budgeting, and funding strategies, including grants and campaigns.
