Nermen`s passion is STEM for girls. In 2022 she founded Hello Ada, an innovative platform that empowers parents to explore engaging initiatives that foster children's interest in technology, particularly among girls. Additionally, she co-founded Even Founders, an organization dedicated to providing the necessary infrastructure for aspiring female entrepreneurs in the Nordic region. Nermen's contributions in this field led to her nomination as one of Europe's top 100 influential women in the startup and venture capital sector.
