Nikoletta is the co-founder of two medical startups: NABIO Medical Technologies, working on technology for personalized radiotherapy, and CombatCare, a dual-use technology for hemorrhage control on the battlefield. She is also the Innovation Manager in the Department of Innovation and Artificial Intelligence at the Institute of Mother and Child as well as the coordinator of the Mother and Child Startup Challenge, the first competition in Poland organized by a public hospital aimed at building relationships with the startup ecosystem. She has co-authored publications on medical applications of 3D printing and bioprinting, innovation in pediatric care, and artificial intelligence in medicine. She has been recognized in the Forbes 30 under 30 list, was Innovation and New Technologies winner of the Polka XXI Century competition, and startup finalist of the Businesswoman of the Year competition of the Success Written with Lipstick Foundation.

At NABIO, Nikoletta manages R&D projects for three medical devices, materials, and software, prepares technological documentation for grants and patent applications, and negotiates with investors.
