With an educational and early career background in civil and structural engineering, Mr. Bilal Balci pivoted his career to gaming in 2019. He started his second master's degree in Digital Game Design to break into the game development space, an industry which makes up a sizable and influential portion of Türkiye’s developing digital sector. He started working for Bucked Games as the director of development and operations, and this experience taught him how to manage a startup with agile methodology. So far in his career, he has designed and lead 8 educational mobile games and reached more than 1 million users. He also created a team and designed a game for TechCamp 2023, and had a game funded and presented in GamesforChange in New York. Orange Wolf is a self-funded company with 2 co-founders, developing multiplayer mobile rummy-style games. Bilal is involved with both the creative design aspect of the company, as well as the business development and management aspects.
