Georgia

Rena Ajalova is a seasoned professional with a background in entrepreneurship, education, and marketing. She founded an education center in 2017 with support from the USAID project "YES-Georgia".

As Director she is guiding strategic direction and teaching English and Georgian languages. Rena conducts training on entrepreneurship and business proposal writing and assists students with university enrollment.

In 2021, Rena received a Swedish Institute Scholarship for a Master's in International Marketing and interned at a prominent Swedish e-commerce company.

Her dedication to education was recognized with her participation in the Nobel Prize Teacher Summit.
